This assignment was given to me so that I could use it as a study tool for my test. I followed the questions in the IBA (Intro to Business Applications) textbook in order to create this organized study guide. Between true/false, short answer, and fill in the blank questions, this became a great study tool for this unit.

In completing this assignment, I learned how to make a good study guide, while studing at the same time. As I was making it, I was learning at the same time. A good review on the unit is a good way to study and learn all in one. Also, everytime I studied or made a new study guide, I also learned something new that I must have missed the first time.
About
This assignment was done in Microsoft Excel. This particular lesson involved putting graphs and charts into an Excel Spreadsheet. Though this was only a small assignment out of the textbook, it was very productive and very involved. Using the information put into a separate Excel Spreadsheet, it is as simple as to click the graph and chart button on the Excel ribbon, choose which type of chart you want, and it will create on its own.

Though this assignment seems simple and easay, it gave me a lot of extra knowledge for sseparate classes in the fututre. Graphing and charting data comes in handy in every subject. An example of this is the Country Project i explained in the Social Studies section of this portfolio. This assignment helped me to create the charts that I used in that presentation. This assignment also taught me that knowledge you gain in other classes can help or assist you in a diiferent class. This can also relate to real life, learning something in one aspect of your life can also help you in another.
